How to Check 9th Class Result 2026 by Roll Number — All Boards
Checking your 9th Class Result 2026 by roll number is the fastest and most accurate method — results are linked directly to your roll number and load instantly on announcement day. Your roll number is printed on your admit card (roll number slip) issued before exams. If you have lost your admit card, your school’s examination coordinator can retrieve your roll number from their records.
| Board | Check by Roll Number — Method |

On result announcement day, BISE websites receive extremely high traffic and frequently crash between 10 AM–2 PM. If a board site is down, try again after 4 PM — or use the board’s SMS service if available. All nine Punjab boards offer SMS result checking: send only your roll number to your board’s code — Lahore 800291, Gujranwala 800299, Faisalabad 800240, Multan 800293, Rawalpindi 800296, Sargodha 800290, Sahiwal 800292, Bahawalpur 800298, DG Khan 800295. This is faster and more reliable than the website during peak hours.
Takeaway: Check by roll number at your board’s official site. On result day, try early morning or after 4 PM — sites crash during peak hours. Use SMS service as backup if available.
How to Check 9th Class Result 2026 by Name — All Boards
Checking 9th Class Result 2026 by name is useful when a student has lost their roll number slip or wants to verify a classmate’s result. The most reliable name-based method is the official result gazette PDF of your board: download it and search your name or father’s name with Ctrl+F. For detailed step-by-step guidance on result by name for each board, see the individual board pages below.
| Board | By Name Search | When Available |
|---|---|---|
| BISE Lahore 9th Result by Name | biselahore.com → Results → Search by Name | Gazette PDF also lists every name |
| BISE Rawalpindi 9th Result by Name | biserawalpindi.edu.pk → Results → Name Search | Gazette PDF also lists every name |
| BISE Gujranwala 9th Result by Name | bisegrw.edu.pk → Name Search tab | Gazette PDF also lists every name |
| BISE Faisalabad 9th Result by Name | bisefsd.edu.pk → Name-based search | Gazette PDF also lists every name |
| BISE Multan 9th Result by Name | bisemultan.edu.pk → Name Search | Gazette PDF also lists every name |
| BISE Bahawalpur 9th Result by Name | bisebwp.edu.pk → Name Search | Gazette PDF also lists every name |
Name search requires entering your name exactly as registered with the board — spelling differences cause no-result errors. If your name search returns nothing, try entering only your first name or only your surname — the board database may have a variation. If still not found, try roll number search first to confirm your result is in the system, then contact your school for the registered name spelling.
Takeaway: Use the gazette PDF for name search. Enter name exactly as registered — try first name only if full name search fails. Roll number search is always more reliable than name search.

When was 9th Class Result 2026 announced?
The 9th Class Result 2026 was announced on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM for all nine Punjab boards — Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur and DG Khan. The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen fixed one common date so every board released the SSC Part-1 result together. The results are still available on each board’s website by roll number and through each board’s SMS code. Every board has also published a result gazette PDF, which is the best way to search by name if you have lost your roll number slip.

What if my name is missing from 9th class result 2026?
If your name does not appear in the 9th Class Result 2026, first verify using your roll number — name search has more errors than roll number search.
